V4 Final was founded out of the frustration of managing large, diverse requests all competing to be the "#1 priority". Whether it was contract negotiations, marketing reviews, IP protection, HR guidance, regulatory compliance, or other areas of high-value strategic advice and expert program implementation, balancing seemingly unrelated priorities while operating as a cost center made it difficult to serve clients in a manner that provided the right results.

Clients want outcomes, not engagements. Yet measuring and managing outcomes required additional workloads, straining an already overloaded team, so it was not done.
